Food for nurseries, kindergartens, schools, youth centres, the workplace, hospitals, nursing homes, and the elderly in their own homes. These industrial size facilities are busy workplaces demanding high levels of expertise in planning and preparing quality food for large numbers.
The Danish Diet & Nutrition Association acts as an advisory agency for catering centres helping them to develop and adapt, and coming up with suggestions in how best to improve the physical frameworks of the working environment without overlooking the human dimension. Indispensable to this work is the association’s consultancy service and development tools for supervision, modifications and alterations, workplace evaluation and quality control.
