On behalf of the Norwegian Dietetic Association, the Swedish Association of Dietitians and the Danish Diet and Nutrition Association, we are pleased to invite you to Denmark to attend the HCI Conference 2009.

HCI (HEALTHCARE CATERERS INTERNATIONAL) is a global alliance of membership associations representing caterers, hospitality professionals, and foodservice managers in healthcare industries to benefit the members of each participating association.
The HCI Conference 2009 will bring together healthcare catering professionals to network and gain inspiration from the conference theme: The Customers, the Profession and the Leadership in Foodservice - Scandinavia Building Bridges.
The conference takes place in Elsinore (Helsingør in Danish), which has one of the most famous attractions, Kronborg Castle, where Shakespeare’s “Hamlet” took place.
We hope that our international colleagues will find Denmark an exciting destination – in addition you will have the opportunity to cross the Sound to pay a visit to Sweden only 25 minutes away by ferry.
We also hope that our Nordic colleagues will grab this great opportunity to meet and find new perspectives in foodservice.
